The History and pride of the Scottish people thrives in the descendants of the original families of Scotland and Ireland, known as Clans. They honor their ancestors by celebrating the traditions and heritage that have held their families together for generations. The living history of Clan Village cannot be missed.
Friday at dusk, on the beach of Meadowmere Park, join us for a special ceremony to introduce and honor all the Scottish clans in attendance for the weekend. Fires begin with the ashes of the year before, making our 'eternal' flames the perfect gathering place for all to share and celebrate their Celtic heritage. Historically, the Calling of the Clans was a gathering of clans in preparation for battle, unifying all the clans as one.
Today, it signifies the connections we share within our families, heritage, and community.
